Domestic Arbitration involving Share Purchase Agreements, Supply Contracts, Construction Contract, Lease Agreement. Mediation, negotiation, conciliation. Our Court practice involving arbitration applications, interim measures, set aside applications. We successfully defended a constitutional body of Bangladesh, in an international commercial arbitration in Singapore under UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules against a French contractor involving manufacturing and supply of electronic cards. We represented a State Owned Entity in an International Commercial Arbitration in Geneva under ICC Arbitration Rules against a Spanish Contractor involving the design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of electrical transmission line on turnkey basis. We also represented the same Entity in an international commercial arbitration in Dhaka against an Indian Contractor involving the design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of electrical substation on a turnkey basis. We are representing one of the largest Indian Infrastructure Development Company in its dispute with the Government of Bangladesh involving construction of a railway bridge over a River.
